Proposed Water Rate Increase – Public Hearing

The Commissioners and Electors of the 2^nd Taxing District of Norwalk, Connecticut, have approved a budget which includes increases in water rates, beginning with a 5% increase applicable to all water charges. District policy requires public hearings to be held in order to advise the Community of the proposed increase and to solicit Community input.
